โExceptional stay! CasaJammone is run by Enzo and his wife and son. It was immaculate, with excellent breakfast and cappuccino. The room had AC that cooled the room, a walk-in shower with nice amenities, a refrigerator and high-quality bed and towel linens. What sets this B&B apart from the rest is the personal attention that Enzo and his family gives to their guests. I look forward to returning to Naples and CasaJammone.โ

โThe Staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful too. Very close to the center of town. Very walkable. The area isnโt the most beautiful, but thatโs what the center of town is like in Naples. I felt safe. I would recommend this hotel. โ

โA entrada do hotel assusta um pouco, pois o mesmo fica no primeiro andar de um prรฉdio comercial, mas ao chegarmos no andar do hotel, que fica no piso um, jรก ficamos encantados. Hotel lindo, moderno, instalaรงรตes confortรกveis a obras de arte espalhadas por todos os lados. Atendentes extremamente solรญcitos e educados em especial a barista que preparava nosso cafรฉ de forma exclusiva e personalizada todos os dias e sempre nos tratava com maior gentileza e simpatia.

โSince before arriving at the hotel we were very well informed by Francesca who constantly communicated to give us suggestions about Naples and guide us with restaurants and touristic sites, the super nice and clean room with everything you need even kitchen. Veronica quiet we received excellent very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. Extra point only them asked how was the night and if everything went good!!โ

"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay.
Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues with the room, facilities, and customer service.
When we arrived at 3 PM, we were informed that our reserved room was not ready, and we were assigned a different room instead. However, the room had a completely different layout, was uncomfortably small, and did not meet our expectations.
Upon requesting a room change, we were required to pay an additional โฌ100 for reasons that were not clearly explained.
To make matters worse, the bathroom and shower in the new room had rust-colored water coming from the taps, which we only realized after my wife and child had already used it. As a result, they developed skin issues, which significantly impacted our trip.
When we reported the issue, we were told that we could only move to the originally reserved room. We had to change rooms late at night, and while we received a small cake with a note apologizing for the inconvenience, it did little to improve our overall experience.
Throughout this ordeal, the reception staff never offered a sincere apology, and despite being told that the hotel manager would contact us, we never received any communication during our three-day stay. "
