Self check in is very easy and it was quite convenient since we arrived a little bit early and since it was already clean luckily we were able to get in right away. Host is super friendly and helpful. It’s located at a very safe zone compared to the rest of Napoli. Just walking out of the property there’s a taxi station and a mayor brand hotel so the area from there to the Via Toledo and to the Port are both nice. ”

Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues with the room, facilities, and customer service.
When we arrived at 3 PM, we were informed that our reserved room was not ready, and we were assigned a different room instead. However, the room had a completely different layout, was uncomfortably small, and did not meet our expectations.
Upon requesting a room change, we were required to pay an additional €100 for reasons that were not clearly explained.
To make matters worse, the bathroom and shower in the new room had rust-colored water coming from the taps, which we only realized after my wife and child had already used it. As a result, they developed skin issues, which significantly impacted our trip.
When we reported the issue, we were told that we could only move to the originally reserved room. We had to change rooms late at night, and while we received a small cake with a note apologizing for the inconvenience, it did little to improve our overall experience.
Throughout this ordeal, the reception staff never offered a sincere apology, and despite being told that the hotel manager would contact us, we never received any communication during our three-day stay. "

"직원들은 친절했고, 호텔의 위치는 조금 시끄러웠지만 훌륭했습니다. 나폴리의 랜드마크와남부이탈리아로 가는 페리를 타는 항구에 도보로 다니기 충분했습니다. 다만, 최악의 경험을 하였습니다. 건물의 문제인지 나폴리의 문제인지는 모르겠지만, 샤워필터를 사용하는 우리부부에게 최악의 경험을 안겨주어 나폴리에대한 안좋은 기억만 남기게 되었습니다. 로마와 피렌체 피엔차 시에나 등 여러도시들을 여행해왔지만, 한국에서 가져온 필터 하나로 충분히 깨끗히 샤워할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 해당 호텔에서 새로운 샤워 필터를 사용한지 2일만에 사용할 수 없었습니다. 두번이나 필터를 바꿨어요! 사진속 필터는 새롭게 사용한지 3일만에 변질된 필터입니다. 호텔이 지속되려면 배관을 꼭 청결하게 해야될것 같아요!"
