"The level of customer service was personal and exceptional. My room was large and I appreciated the full size refrigerator and large balcony. This is a newer hotel, the owner Jake makes himself accessible, Jennifer was on site to make sure things ran smoothly, and this hotel is in walking distance of local food spots. Experience is everything, and I had an excellent & restful experience at this hotel. I absolutely hands down recommend Hibisco, and I 100% will stay here again when I make it back to San Pedro."

"I We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, including providing some really good recommendations for local places to visit and eat. There was one personal issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciated how responsive they were. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The excellent staff and customer service really made a difference!"

"The palapa house was a nice place to stay. Orlando was an amazing host, he was attentive and checked in with us every morning. He was always willing to help and responded immediately whenever we needed him. The property is your typical ocean view condo. The pool is nice, but if you are expecting a resort with a useable beachfront, I would stay somewhere else. The beachfront seemed as though it was more of a road for golf carts to traverse and less of a place to lounge around. The palapa grill was walking distance and the town was about a 5 minute gold cart ride from the property. The room was clean, the AC worked well throughout, and the bed was comfortable."

"This hotel is conveniently located to eateries, both local and tourist based. We had a full kitchen which allowed us to buy fruits and veggies for snacks between meals at the restaurants. The appearance is very rustic on the outside, but don’t be too quick to judge. The staff was excellent and accommodating. They were very personable and informative. The room was very clean and well maintained. We would stay again."
