"My husband and I were not so sure we had made a good choice as our cab drove us to this destination and the last 1/2 mile was a dirt road. It’s in a very remote location so we would definitely recommend anyone staying here has a vehicle! The property is expansive with gardens and grapevines. Rita, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The 2 nights we stayed she cooked us delicious & authentic homemade meals, complete with wine that is bottled on the property. "We stayed the Admiral for two nights while on a business trip in Bologna. What a beautiful hotel and setting. The staff was extremely attentive and professional, the rooms spacious and comfortable, and the setting gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again given the chance. They are well equipped with on site restaurant and multiple conference halls as needed.
