“A really great hotel in an amazing neighborhood.”

“The staff came into my room twice to turn off the AC and the lights, one of the times one person was inside and they still turned off the AC, no privacy at all considering they can come in just to check if lights are on or off. Then around 6am the bathroom started gurgling and flushing itself and the staff started cleaning other rooms so noise woke us up. Other than that it was ok. Very nice location”

“a nice boutique hotel! Staff members were very kind. When you reach the gate, they open it: very safe! Hotel was spacious than other hotels in Rome.”

“E erything about this property was wonderful! We had a beautiful newly renovated room with a next level bathroom! The staff including Rose, Barbara and Suzie were so helpful, fun and friendly. The BZAR Experiences were amazing free add-ons. The breakfast was also plentiful and fresh. This is a great price and incredible value. Loved the area too.”

“Difficult to find the location Leakage from ceiling Broken toilet Small Not worthy of its price”

“Everything was excellent but doesn't stay that you have to go up 40 steps to an elevator. We are both in assistance ( one an amputee). That was the only thing wrong otherwise excellent location to everything”

“My daughter and I were planning to stay 2 nights at the Urban Guesthouse, its located 8 mins walk from the train station which we found very practical at the time. Upon arrival, the property manager greeted us and checked us in. Everything went well so far. I did noticed a strange smell coming from the bathroom but was too distracted/tired from travelling to make anything of it. We left the guesthouse soon after we checked in to roam around the streets on Monti. When we got back the smell was...

“Such a lovely stay! Definitely recommend”

“The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It felt super homey, and the host was really nice and thoughtful. We loved that the sofa bed was already set up - and the mattress was actually really comfy! There were some snacks and drinks provided too, which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was fast, and overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay. We’d definitely recommend this place. Superb! ”
