“The problem we had was the hotel did not receive our reservation from Expedia. The desk staff told me to book another room now and deal with Expedia to get our money back. I showed her my receipt and the confirmation. She still insisted on not having our reservation. So I decided to communicate via on line chat with Expedia and luckily within 10 minutes the hotel received the confirmation. I have never been in this situation in my life in a foreign country. The past 2 days at another properties...

“There was nice hot water for the shower. My room looked out onto a wall which sometimes happens, but it had the machine room there so I had to keep the window closed. There is no air circulation had to sit sideways on the toilet seat because it’s set up for 4 1/2 with people.”

“High quality hotel with helpful staff. Good location for beaches. 20 mins, by car, south east of Ajaccio”

“Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Good city centre location”

“This hotel is very close to the center of city. The room was clean but a bit small. The neighborhood was a bit noisy.”
