“Overall, we had a good stay, but there are several areas that could be improved. The hotel is nice overall, room was fine, ac was good, but it hotel lacks entertainment. The bar has no music, which makes the atmosphere feel quiet, and it closes quite early. The complimentary beach chairs are a nice perk, but there are no umbrellas available. Also, the staff who collect the chairs constantly monitor guests and seem eager to remove them. They even start collecting the chairs before 7:00 p.m.,...

“I was amazed on how fresh and clean the room was . I am OCD with cleanliness and I can vouch for the cleanliness of the room. Only issue was the pillows. They were too hard and we woke up with a neck ache. Besides that this is all 5 stars .”

“We love staying at Tween Waters on Captiva Island! We have stayed here several times. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the bay from our room! We met friends here and we all had fun over the 4th of July. “We were in the tiki room which is a freestanding building at the back of the complex right on the parking lot. It was nice and very clean, spacious enough inside to walk around with a little area sink and fridge and then also the bathroom and bedroom area. They had so many hooks in this place it was fabulous because that is always something that is lacking. The air conditioner was cool and with the ceiling fan, we were super comfy.
