"I booked a suite for family in mid Jan 2017. Size and upkeep of room was good. I requested additional comforter for us and they happily provided the same. I did NOT try food here as we were out and about most of the time. Chech-in and checout was smooth and they happily accepted credit card. Staff was average. Sankat mochan is at walking distance and Tara devi is also very close. Hotel is easily accessible from highway. Hot was is available during certain hours and temperature was too low for...

"It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!"

"I enjoyed two nights at Amor Haven, it was very peaceful and relaxing, there are great views all around, local monkeys and good restaurants nearby. It is good value and I recommend it."

"I loved the experience. The staff very helpful specially lakshay at front desk. He allowed us to do early check in because they had the room available. I liked the food we ordered. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s in main Shimla. Few steps away from Oberoi Cecil. We took the room with valley view and really enjoyed the stay. I love the architecture of the property. The way it’s built is cute and impressive. "

"Bedsheets had holes, Hotel is very down and we need to go down a steep passage to reach hotel. 25 minutes from Shimla Railway Station. 15 Minutes from Mall Road."

Ultimately good sense prevailed and we checked in. Mediocre rooms and facilities. You must double check the properties and hotels before you put on your website."

"First They said, they don't book through expedia. Then they moved me some other location in Kufri which 1.25 hour apart. After 1 day stay, they said, I have to move further. then I canceled my stay after spending 3 hours on call with Expedia and Hotel sales team. "

Shimla es muy frío por la noche y NO hay calefacción si no pagas extra, con ventanas y puertas donde entra el frío. Sólo había una manta y al pedir una más, se negaron a darla. La reserva incluía 'desayuno inglés' y nos pusieron un huevo frito y unas tostadas de mantequilla, nada que ver con lo que uno espera de un 'desayuno inglés'"
