A huge shoutout to Adrina, who went above and beyond for us. She helped me plan a surprise proposal from beginning to end, coordinating every little detail with so much care and enthusiasm. She made sure we were comfortable, informed, and taken care of throughout our entire stay. Thanks to her guidance and support, the proposal went perfectly — something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. "Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical."
