“Wonderful”

“Me cancelaron la reserva sin previo aviso.”

“Lovely inn. My only complaint was that my room was street-side and quite noisy. I suggest asking for a non-street-side room when you make your reservation or bringing earplugs if noise bothers you.”

“What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!”

“I was notified less than a week before my stay that the restaurant would not be available except for breakfast due to remodeling. “Super close to everything. Room was absolutely beautiful. The concert that was there was incredible.”

“Do not drive here!! The road conditions are awful. Also very strict rules and nobody to inform you about them until after the rules are broken. Do not recommend staying here unless last resort. Tuktuks will not drive up the driveway!!!”

“I wanted to like this place but the service and attention wasn’t great for its value. I probably wont be going back.”

“Mejorar atención en restaurante”

“Marcela fue muy amable. Gracias”

“This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h”

“Breathtaking hotel.”
