The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The driver for the airport shuttle was very friendly. He was from Pakistan and such a nice guy.

Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store.
