Hotel Burbank

Hotel Burbank

8/10 Good
"The location is great! There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I got upgraded to a suite. It was very spacious. The rooms could use some updating. The carpet looks very old. It would be nice if they replaced it with LVP or some other flooring. The sofa and the chair looked very old. I’m not sure I would want to sleep on that sofa bed. It is probably fine, but it looks so old. All the other furniture looked nice. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The coffee maker was not a Keurig, but it made one cup at a time similar to Keurig. And their coffee was good. The pool was disappointing. It was small and there were only a few chairs. I counted six reclining lounge chairs and six barrel chairs. That was it for two towers. The elevators were fast. But they need some type of ventilation in there. It’s nice that there is glass on one side so that you can see the view outside, but it got really hot in there at times. But I would stay there again because of the location and the large rooms. Also, the staff was good. Anytime we ask them for something they brought it right away. I didn’t try their restaurant. We went out to eat while we were there."

"Great staff, breakfast was good in the restaurant. Family friendly! The rooms are not as big and lacks aesthetics that you may find at other 4 star hotels."
