“So this feels more like a homestay than hotel. But the staff and hosts are very friendly. You get breakfast but for me one day I woke up late and they asked me to join for lunch instead. So that's very nice. I think location wise close to San Antonio area and price is good too. For what I paid I think I got good service and help from everybody so I liked it.”

“일년에 한븬씩 Cali에 오면 찾는데 언제나 맘에 듭니다”

“Hotel was under construction. Suite is not recommendable as it seems that 2 single rooms were combined, and hight of room was too shallow. Don't know how's other rooms in tower 1 cuz the Suite i stayed was located old one. In general, service was good anyway.”

“Very good hotel and they are always willing to help. Have stay there numerous times. Breakfast is really good.”

“El personal y servicio excelente”

“That was great. It is located in a good place. Nearby, there are a series of good quality restaurants and bars. I was sick after a long flight. A woman working at the bar (hotel) gave me a cup of tea. It was a great memory and i belive that it shows how they works plainly. ”

“Everybody just made us feel at home ! They offered us a free room upgrade which made us even more wowed at the property! Stunning! Will definitely return !”

“I really like this hotel. It is my go hotel when visiting family in Cali. I appreciate their service, staff and location. A coffee shop recently opened under the hotel and i enjoyed coffee there. Only thing i dislike this time around was that i was charged for coffee pods left in the kitchen without indication i had to pay for them. I suggest they add a note next to the pods so people are aware. Other than that, all was great.”

“This stay ranks among the worst I have experienced. Checking in at the front desk took a long time. Blood appeared on the bed sheets, and staff declined to replace them because it was late, so I slept without sheets. Every service felt overpriced. They would not bring deliveries upstairs even though my wife and I had undergone surgeries. Finally, they double-charged me and blocked my departure unless I paid. Expedia attempted contact many times without success. I was at their mercy because I...

“Great hotel and staff. Perfect location”

“Todo muy bno lo único q no me ofrecieron nada por mi categoría platinum”

“I had an enjoyable albeit short (3 nights) stay at the San Antonio Hotel Boutique. Unfortunately, I left my phone in the taxi that dropped me off but Fonseco at the front desk was very helpful in trying to locate the driver. Although we were unable to contact him, I have since been in touch with someone who has the phone and am coordinating its return to the US. Both of the hotel proprietors, Ricardo and Nelson, were also extremely helpful and fluent English speakers. My room had a safe and...

“Thank you!”

“This is a very traditional hotel in Cali, and I absolutely loved the location. It's super convenient and feels safe, with many tourist attractions within walking distance, including the Cali River, La Plazoleta de Jairo Varela, El Gato, La Tertulia, and more. The Food is amazing, the welcome cocktail was delicious, their empanadas are a must-try, and breakfast was one of the best. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also have drivers outside the hotel who you can rely on to take you...
