La limpieza no esta hecha a profundidad, la persona que atiende es buena persona pero tal vez esta sobrecargada de trabajo puesto que despues de la llegada tardaba en responder. Tuvimos una emergencia en la noche y no hubo ayuda o respuesta de su parte. Considero que el precio noncorresponde al nivel de instalaciones y servicios que ofrecen. El wifi ws muy malo ni una película se puede ver bien. "

"Clean comfy rooms overall good experience just hotel is a bit outdated. Good friendly staff and service. Hot springs, pool facilities are nice however, water temperature depends on current weather as per hotel staff. This is my family’s 3 stay and we have truly enjoyed it. The only downside was that pool food service doesn’t began until 12pm and we are early risers so that was a true inconvenience."

"Had a good night. Staff were excellent. Had to leave early so didn't try the free breakfast. Shuttle is $150 pesos to the airport. Over all it's a great hotel. "

"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful hotel with ideal location, walking distance from Church and Teatro Juarez. Many shops and restaurants nearby. This hotel has a unique subterranean pool area. Ask for Ana and Karen if you visit the spa, they were amazing."
