Günstige Unterkunft im centrum. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichrigungen . Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist heruntergekommen, dafür ist u Bahn nicht weit weg .

Decepcionante

Não tem limpeza diária, o chuveiro ou não esquentava ou esquentava ao ponto de não conseguir tomar um banho, os funcionários da recepção são extremamente grosseiros e mau educados, tudo que se é perguntando tem uma má resposta ou eles pedem pra nos informarmos com quem é o responsável pelo aluguel do quarto. As fotos não são iguais ao apartamento foi oferecidos.

Llegamos al Pseudo Hotel, en recepción del edificio no sabian ni cual era el numero. luego baja una persona y nos dice "LES ENVIAMOS UN MAIL DICIENDO QUE NO PODREMOS RECIBIRLOS Y HEMOS CANCELADO SU RESERVA, VEANLO CON SU AGENCIA HOTELES.COM" asi sin mas¡¡¡ primera vez de muchos hoteles en muchos paises y en Chile nos vienen a decir esto y sin ninguna solucion, cero empatía. Nos dejan de noche en la calle sin explicación. Como iba a ver un mail enviado horas antes el mismo dia si venia viajando en avion de extranjero¡¡¡¡ El taxista del lugar nos dice siempre hacen lo mismo ¡¡ ECO PLAZA UNA BURLA ¡¡¡ y eso que mi respaldo de hoteles.com dice reserva confirmada y PAGADA ¡¡¡ quiero mi dinero de vuelta AHORA

Don't stay there

Have never been so disappointed. No heating, no hot water, place was dirty. Would really like a refund as we only stayed one night out of seven we paid for. A complete disaster.

Great location and comfortable

We had 2 rooms. Great location and nice room, comfortable bed, wifi, full kitchen. No air conditioning , so very hot during the day. Rooms do cool down after dark,but that is after 10 pm sunset. Allow time for checking in because this really is an apartment complex with some hotel units, so the desk has to notify hotel people to come down to meet guests. Hotel staff was gracious to allow bag storage until 3pm check in, and after noon checkout. They also can help arrange driver for day trip and airport. Great location and nice neighborhood. Can walk to almost anywhere in 30 minutes maximum. Grocery 2 blocks away. Santa Lucia is 5 minutes walk. Ask about roof access for a spectacular view of the city, also a pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Boa tarde ! Ótimo receber esse e-mail, tenho alguns pontos a citar que não gostei , •principal motivo pra escolher o hotel foi a piscina , próximo ao dia de viajar vi no site do hotel que a piscina estava desativada e não achei a piscina lá, nem a desativada •a limpeza do quarto não era das melhores •o banheiro não foi limpo todos os dias •as toalhas de banho eram péssimas, quase um pano de chão

Well positioned for my purposes

The internet was not working for 4 days out of my 7 night stay, room was only serviced 3 times in the 7 nights, the washing machine was missing from the laundry. These were an issue. I don't speak Spanish was very difficult to communicate with any staff at this facility that must have at least 1500 rooms, most medium sized Hotels say of 100 rooms around the world would have somebody that can at least communicate in English.

A localização é o aspecto mais positivo.

O bairro Lastarria, certamente, é um dos melhores para se hospedar. Quanto ao flat, vale ressaltar que o hóspede fica responsável pelo seu café da manhã, não é um prédio novo, há alguns aspectos que precisam de alguma manutenção, mas as camas são muito boas e confortáveis e o preço está de acordo.

Muy buen hotel, apartamento, en buena zona y buen precio porque esta completo, cocina y utensilios, hay un supermercado justo al lado y es de los buenos así que es muy conveniente si quieres comprar tu café y comida.

No hay limpieza-Cualquiera entra a tu habitación

Durante nuestra estadía de 2 noches, nadie pasó a limpiar nuestra habitación. Por la tarde, casualmente estábamos en la habitación y oímos que alguien entraba (la puerta estaba con llave). Pensamos que era el personal de limpieza; pero no. Eran 2 pasajeros acompañados por personal del hotel. Les habían asignado la misma habitación que a nosotros... es más, le dieron la llave para abrir la habitación. Una vergüenza!! En el hotel, no se hicieron cargo. Cuando realicé el check in me hicieron dejar los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito como garantía. Al retirarme, me lo devolverían. Pero no fue así, me dijeron que los papeles habían sido destruidos y que me "quedara tranquila".

Es extremadamente incomodo acceder al depto. y al estacionamiento, la recepción está en un piso 10 de otra torre distinta a la consejería y distinta al depto. Gasté probablemente media hora sólo en el tramite del check in para finalmente llegar a la habitación (considerar que ya venía con 10 horas de viaje). El sofá y la cama olían de manera desagradable, probablemente mucho uso y nunca lavados.

Deberían preocuparse de revisar que las cosas funcionen, no teníamos TV Cable. Solo se veía el UCV TV y nada mas. Lo otro es que la habitación no tenia Aire Acondicionado... Eso hace al cliente elegir otras opciones.

Apart com bom custo benefício. Bem localizado.

Só não gostei da geladeira que não funcionava. Reclamei mas não consertaram. So gelava o freezer. Apesar de não necessitar não possui ar condicionado. Somente e mais quente no período da tarde.

Fiquei por 4 dias, onde a arrumação só ocorreu uma vez, nada que tenha nos afetado, mas poderiam melhorar. Quanto aos utensílios da cozinha, deveriam ser melhor equipados, por exemplo não ter taça de vinho foi algo que me incomodou, é somente terem mais atenção...do restante recomendo e retornaria.

Bom custo benefício

Cheguei no hotel às 2 da manhã. Fiquei um pouco confusa, pois na realidade não se trata de um hotel e sim de um aparthotel. Na recepção do prédio, me encaminharam para a o 10o andar da torre D e bati em um apartamento em que um gentil senhor me atendeu e me encaminhou ao meu quarto que era na torre A. O quarto é bem espaçoso e a localização é perfeita, próxima a pontos turísticos e transporte público. O ponto fraco foi que não funcionava a tv, a limpeza do quarto era feita dia sim e dia não e caso vá no verão, apesar da temperatura amena em Santiago, não tinha ar condicionado e fez bastante calor. Recomendo este hotel para pessoas que assim como eu, vão para aproveitar a cidade e não um quarto de hotel. Fiquei no 17o andar e a vista era linda, para a cordilheira.
