We stayed a few extra days in Santiago after coming off a cruise around the Cape. The hotel is close to the town center and many places of interest and the staff was helpful. Our small double room looked clean, with clean sheets and hot water in the bathroom but the bed needed replacing. Breakfast in the morning was a plentiful, continental style. Overall, good value for a few days but no extras

Centrally located at 5 blocks from the Cathedral

Nice hotel, good staff. Basic breakfast of 3 fresh fruits, breads, jams, 1 cereal, ham & cheese, coffee/tea, juices. Carpets need replacing. No elevator but only 3 floors. Buses stop across road so they can be noisy at times. Fresher softer bread would be nicer. Great value at $72USD/night for 4 nights, January 2018.

Muy lindo hotel, cómodo, limpio, cerca del centro, el restaurante es excelente, no es barato pero es excelente. para criticar el wifi no es bueno y el frigobar no enfría todo esta, no natural, pero casi y cuando llegas de pasear queres tomar algo frio y no hay.

Fair price, clean, lovely restaurant, garden pool.

Arrived early morning and staff kindly checked us in ahead of time. Comfortable twin room on top floor but a little warm as mid summer. Could open window ans view of pool and garden but air conditioner not working properly. Good breakfast and garden with small pool was a bonus. Near station and convenience stores.

Hotel muy acogedor,buena ubicación.

Ante una cancelacion arbitraria de vuelo de Aerol. Arg. hubo una muy buena predisposición del hotel para prolongar la estadía manteniendo el precio. Aconsejable hotel con aire hindú, personal amable, buena ubicación, piscina y jardín muy agradable. Pleno centro de Stgo. Desayuno abundante, buenas camas, silencioso.

Pleasant hotel near city centre.

Rooms are small but adequate. There was no elevator. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The Indian restaurant was superb and is well-known in the city. The included breakfast was good.

Nice Hotel and Staff

Was supposed to have airport shuttle, but this only consisted of calling a cab for me (extra charge). Room itself was nice and unlike others in Chile had heat for cold nights.

Good location

Hotel is in a good location to walk to central market and subway. Rooms are fairly large but not particularly clean. Wifi didn't work well. Breakfast was included and okay. Restaurant in hotel - meal was fabulous but pricey. Some of the servers were rude. Not sure why he wouldn't allow us to sit by window since we were the only customers. Other server tried hard to help us in English. Young man behind the desk the morning we left was excellent and spoke pretty good English.
