Takes some getting used to

This isn't really a hotel for tourists especially if you speak no Spanish. It is geared to intermediate term rentals to people in town temporarily, say for work assignment. There are limited hotel services. Sheets and towels are changed every three days. However, it is in a very good location, near a great restaurant district and walking distance to the main plaza of town. The suite is comfortable and includes a small kitchen. You can stock it at the nearby grocery store.

Die App. Sind auf div. Hochhauseingänge verteilt. Es besteht ein Conciergetürdienst auf beiden Seiteneingängen der Anlage. Anmeldung im 1. Stock 1011. Mit WhatsApp kann man jederzeit Wünsche anbringen, da Internet aktiv. Lidl ist beim Ausgang CalleMercedes rechts, nächstes Haus. Reinigung des App. nach 3 Tagen. Sonst kein Service.

Hotel room had cockroaches and was very noisy.

The room was over a very busy narrow street and the traffic noise reverberated into the room . If one closed the window it was too hot. THERE was a hawker shouting out her wares well after 11 pm every night.They provide only 1 roll of toilet paper and the store only sells packs of 4. We want to cancel our reservation to return there on 117 January.please contact us.

El departamento es agradable., sin embargo,

le falta mantenimiento a las paredes., me lo entregaron segun limpio..y realmente..le falto dedicacion y esmero para que se pueda apreciar que hicieron limpieza., objetivamente; se encontro mucho vello en el baño..y en la colcha de sobrecama.. creo que pueden mejorar mas y cuidar los detalles muy pequeños..esos detalles marcan la diferencia de la excelencia.. saludos

Ótima localização, quarto confortável

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estada no Plaza Suites. Não é um hotel e sim um apart hotel. Realmente não há serviço de quarto ou limpeza diária. Mas isso está explícito no papel do check-in. O quarto é confortável e bem localizado. Me atendeu muito bem. Um ponto negativo é que eu achei que faltou capricho na limpeza quando recebi o quarto. Havia umas manchas meio grudentas (tipo refrigerante) no chão do quarto (é verdade que o chão é de madeira escura e talvez tenha passado batido, mas ainda assim) tb acho que os azulejos do banheiro podiam estar mais limpos. Mas de uma maneira geral, gostei do lugar e voltaria.

Lovely Apartment in central Santiago

This isn't a hotel, it is an apartment in a fairly large block. When I first got to the building I wasn't impressed by the condition of the reception area and seriously became to question my decision to choose this accommodation. I was directed to a apartment number and thought this was my apartment, but it is actually an office and reception and I was able to book in with no problems. I was then taken to my loft style apartment, which I loved! It was clean, it had a balcony and it was quiet. I was there for 2 weeks; cleaners came in every now and then, changed the bedding and towels and did a general tidy up. It suited me and the reason why I was staying in Santiago for 2 weeks (work related). I felt very safe staying there and getting back there at night. This is a very good option if you want a small apartment to stay in rather than a hotel.

La verdad te venden una cosa por Internet con fotos que no corresponden a la realidad. Tuvimos muchos inconvenientes con Internet y cosas del apart que se rompían no esta cuidado ni mantenido. Por ese mismo precio hubiéramos conseguido algo mucho mejor,Lo único destacable es la ubicación céntrica..

Ótima opção

Tem uma localização muito boa. Perto da Estação Bellas Artes pela linha amarela e da estação Santa Lúcia que pela linha vermelha. Essa linha faz conexão com ônibus que leva ao aeroporto. Fica perto também do Cerro Santa Lúcia e do Cerro Santa Cristóbal. Em fim, é perto de tudo dá para ir nos principais pontos turísticos de Santiago a pé.

Bem localizado

A suíte é igual as fotos, entretanto é preciso entender que é um apart hotel e não um hotel. Não tem serviço de limpeza de quarto e como Santiago é extremamente poluído fica naturalmente sujo. o chuveiro é bem quente, mas o banheiro é pequeno e não tem box de vidro então a agua escorre para fora e o banheiro fica inundado. A cozinha é equipada de microondas, geladeira, forno, o que facilita bastante, mas eles não disponibilizaram nenhum pano de prato , mais uma vez à limpeza fica comprometida... A cozinha estava equipado para duas pessoas 2 copos, poucos talheres, 2 tigelas, não sei se nos outros tem.mais coisas. Me incomodou o fato de na reserva ter cofre no quarto e terem me colocado em um sem cofre. Reclamei e no mesmo dia me trocaram de quarto. O principal ponto positivo é a localização, duas ruas para baixo esta a Agustinas para trocar dinheiro ... Ao lado esta o cerro de Santa Lucia, vários restaurantes, da para ir andando para o Mercado municipal e próximo ao metrô. Para quem não faz questão de muito conforto é uma boa opção!

Buena ubicacion, cerca de transporte publico

Segunda vez que me alojo en el apart. Bueno en gral. Un poco ruidoso unos huespedes brasileños. Excelente la amabilidad y buena disposicion de la Sra Marta quien en todo momento nos asistio en nuestras dudas, nos ubico taxi, facilito mapas, etc.

* Standard room size is quite large * Published pictures are accurate * Indoor pool is not available in winter. This should be told in advance * Bath tube is very slippery, and bathroom has no drain in the floor (?) * Kitchenware is very very limited * Bedside tables have no lamp, there is just one lamp in the bedroom, at the ceiling

penca : Nos vendieron este departamento por un hotel . nos dijeron que tenia picina y la podiamos ocupar , lo que se entendio que era temperada ( nunca fue ) , tambien nos ofrecieron gimnacio , no existe tal , porque tienen dos piezas casi vacias , pues toda spocas maquinas estaban en mal estado ; con respecto al servicio de cuarto , no habia limpieza y se tenia que pagar $ 20000 si quierias q te hicieran el aseo ; no recibimos ni siquera reposicion del confort ,sin contar que el aseo dejaba mucho que desear totalmente desconformes.

If you can't speak much Spanish it is quite difficult to communicate with the staff as they didn't speak any English. We were told to message a WhatsApp number if we had any questions or problems that spoke English, after sending two messages we could see that they read them but never got a response.

Pass the lobbies and get to the apartment.

To find where to get your keys and check in is very difficult. The state of the lobbies and hallways (that smell of pets) are terrible. The apartment itself is small but very nice. I liked it a lot. The area is also very very central for tourist purposes.The wifi is really really bad and slow. One would expect much better when paying more than $50 a night. I was in 1313 block B.

I got to Santiago early in the morning, I just wanted to check my luggage but no one was there so I had to wait about an hour or so. They told me to come back at 2pm so I did. They ended up giving me a room after 3:15. The room was not clean. I found the full bag of trash in the kitchen that the last person staying left, there were some trash on the floor, and one of pillow smelled so bad, it was't obviously washed and changed from last people!! I stayed here 3 nights, but they never came for cleaning. No toilet paper or soap or enough towel for 3 nights. The location is super convenient but very noisy at night. There are supposed to be a swimming pool in the facility but they didn't mention where and I don't think there is one.
