“The shower water ran all over the bathroom floor because either the drain was clogged or too small. Also, after about 5 minutes, the water in the shower and sink completely shut off for approximately 5 minutes, and the toilet made a loud noise at the same time. It was very frustrating. The bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable. Thank goodness we only stayed one night.”

“We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

It is located on a busy road with extremely loud traffic all day and night. Ear plugs were provided but were useless. “Our stay at this beautiful resort started well before our stay. Cindy reached out to confirm our time of arrival, provide directions and caution us on the local roads due to a rain storm that had just passed through. If that wasn’t enough, Cindy then messaged us back to confirm our lodging, advised us how to access the resort and get our selection for the next morning’s breakfast.
