"Well, you will get yourself a room, my case was a single bedroom inside the eSuites hotel. Local staff can only check you in & out. And that will be it! Any inquiries you may have in relation to your stay, got come through another form of comunication, via email or a phone number. With that said either way did not work for me, even when trying to comunicate in the language being spoken. I couldn't get answers to questions as such: wi-fi password and check-in earlier. Poor comunication services. Room was decent, I had to fix the courtains to block light, and get wi-fi from somewhere else connecting every single hour on the clock :("

"Stayed May 27th - June 2nd 2025 ....I liked that it was peaceful, welcoming, warm, relaxing and the ambience was everything. The hosts were friendly, intelligent and every guest I met was nice, even though we spoke different languages. I genuinely did not want to leave and will definitely be back. The host put a lot of thought into preparing breakfast every morning and has the best dogs I've ever come across. I am from Trinidad and Tobago and we tend to scrutinize everything outside our country. I found no fault and everyday when I was dressed to go out, the Chale and its surroundings was part of a photo shoot 😊"
