“ I had to spend a night there after Expedia cancelled my previous hotel booking. At least I managed to get a room and didn’t have to spend the night on the street. However, there were no towels in the bathroom, the floor was dangerously slippery, the flush wasn’t working, and the hotel’s surroundings were not pleasant either.”

“Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development. Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh. As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery. If anything was lacking they would try sort it asap. The front staff Hussein and Mossad were helpful and friendly. Few local supermarkets and small takeaways shops. The food to order appears to be...

“The place is wonderfully clean, brand new in every sense of the word, and I highly recommend going there. There's a manager named Mustafa who is worth his weight in gold; he's a top-notch manager who ensures guests are completely satisfied. He deserves all the respect and appreciation. However, there are some lands and a building around the place where workers are carrying out construction work, which causes noise in the morning. Overall, I recommend going there; it's clean and still brand new.”

“The hotel is clean, quite, peaceful and economical. It's not really at the same rate as the famous hotels like Hilton yet it has all the necessary things they have. Management is friendly and welcoming and they're there for you with anything you need they can get you and it's not that far from the airport and the prophet's Mosque. ”

“Nice place to stay though a bit far from the Haram but transport connectivity and Uber service are excellent. Nearby restaurants are just about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Groceries shops are within 3 minutes walking distance. Be prepared to eat out as the kitchen is not really equipped for self service. The staff are absolutely nice, polite and very helpful 24/7. Very quick response time to any enquiry. Highly recommended place to stay for a peace of mind. ”

“One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. Clean and spacious, close to Al Rashid Mall (3 minutes walk), and in a quiet area. The service was excellent, especially Mr. Riyad, who was very respectful. If I return to the city, I will definitely stay in the same place.”
