“Room was no smoking room and smelled like cigarettes. Huge stain on chair and couch in room. 2 pillows on each bed, super flat. Linens on bed were thin, no comforter. Called front desk to ask for extra pillows, they said they didn't have access to any linens "after hours". Asked for pull out cot so one person could sleep alone in 2 person bed due to back issues, stated they did not allow roll outs/cots even when we offered to pay extra.
