"The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the carpets are plush and clean, the bathroom was large, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were welcoming and spoke a variety of languages fluently. The bartender, Folios, gave us lots of suggestions for food and places to go. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Brussels Midi station, which is very convenient. However, the area where the hotel is located is very dirty and unsafe at night. We never had any issues with being accosted or harassed, and did notice a strong police presence in the train station, which was comforting. We only traveled around the area between 8am-7pm. We didn't feel comfortable traveling later than that. We have always had good experiences staying at Radisson properties, so it's a shame that such a nice hotel is stuck in a lousy area."

"Staff were very welcoming. Room was amazing. It was on the 5th floor so had amazing views. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was 29/30 degrees outside. Very clean and toiletries supplied with towels and slippers. Breakfast was included too which was delicious and luggage storage on day of departure. All round great experience. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. There was good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel itself is walking distance from the main attractions (approx 22 minutes to the Grand Place). The hotel is a stone throw away from Brussels Midi station where you can also find trams and buses nearby. Good selection of bars, restaurants and grocery shops in the area. Make sure to bring a reusable/refillable water bottle. A water dispenser is located in the hotel lobby. Wear good walking shoes for all those cobbled streets while sightseeing."

"This location is excellent. Not right smack in the middle of all the commotion. But a 5 minute walk to Grand Place. The room was small, but was more than adequate as a place to relax and sleep"
