"Great Location, tram, ferries, bus stop , marmara right next door or across the street. Galata bridge is right in front of the hotel. Busy area, noisy , till late at night. Bring earplugs. But after walking all day honestly you just crash tired. Staff was excellent, very nice friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, Turkish style spread. Very nice lots of variety and fresh food. The rooftop amazing. The views , the views the views. Room was nice . Got everything that I need it and more. A little dated but it was fine , details here and there not a big deal. Good water pressure, clean room . I stayed on the 3rd floor king bed facing the bosphoro , pillows and mattress were confortable. You got everything you need around the area and more. "

"Most of the staff’s hospitality, especially at the front desk and in the breakfast hall (restaurant), did not match the hotel's elegance and standards. A simple smile would have made a big difference. That said, the lady, Hengame, and the SPA staff were easily approachable and provided excellent service."

"The room itself and location are great. However, The advertisement of this properly is misleading as the rooftop bar and restaurant is not in the main building and actual on another street within another building, which is very disappointing and not made clear. Also be prepared to pay inflated prices if you do go to the rooftop bar (equivalent of £15 for one beer and one soft drink). Would recommend finding another hotel which has the rooftop access in the building for the city view. "

"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful room and bathroom. Fabulous views. Great staff. The rooftop bar is incredible but expensive. I wasn’t able to use my Expedia gold members 20% discount that was advertised to me as it was a different company. The breakfast is amazing but unfortunately I didn’t book it when I booked the room. It was a lot more expensive to book breakfast there so we only did for one morning. Again I wasn’t allowed my 20% discount for that either."
