"If you’ve never been here before and they ask you if you’d like help with your bags when you check-in, I’d accept the help knowing what the layout of the property is like now. A/C was extremely underwhelming for a 90 degree day in AZ. Turned it all the way to 62 at night and it didn’t seem to cool anywhere near that temp. Drain in shower is very slow. Hot tub was closed."

"The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. We had a shower curtain that could not keep the water in the space. Water flowed on to the bathroom floor making it slippery. The property is soothing and tropical. There is no elevator to the second floor. "

"The room was great, had to ask for housekeeping that never came but we’re able to get more towels easily. The pool area was nice but smaller than expected. The fire pits were non existent and the turf area was not very well taken care of. Otherwise was a great and cheap place to stay."

"Good value for the price, room was pretty clean and bed was good, place is under renovations and alot of construction going on. A little tricky to find the entrance look for the Potbellies and turn immediately "
