โDO NOT GO HERE. This place is infected with cockroaches. You will experience cockroaches in your bed when you wake up, crawling on you in your sleep. I went here to have some rest from exhausting work, and found a cockroach on the desk. I called the front desk and they said pest control is not available at 11PM, rooms are fully booked, and they do not have authority to give me a refund or any compensation. I tried to cope with the cockroach which I haven't found, and went to sleep at 1:30AM...
โMy room was not ready when I arrived, I was told by the front desk person that it would be ready in 15 minutes, after 30 mins I spoke to a different frint desk associate named Shasta who was not only so apologetic and professional but went above and beyond to get me into a room and made every accommodation she had to, to make up for the inconvenience.
