โGreat place for family. Staff is awesome. Free breakfast was better then most. Few little things in room 115. Toilet shakes back and forth and freezer door opens when you close the fridge. โ
โOur go to when in the Naples area. Beautiful rooms, great pool, wonderful staff, and awesome outdoor bar. Only issue this time was asked for an early check in by 2 hours- I understand theyโre not guaranteed- however when guests are waiting donโt think itโs too inconvenient to tell the housekeeping staff especially when working on that floor at the time to start with the room we wanted then continue on cleaning the rest of the floor.
