"We very much enjoyed our stay on this beautiful property. It was very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Casey. It's very close to Camden and Rockport. The facility is getting a bit dated, but still a wonderful place to stay. Would return and highly recommend. Also, I had the best warm lobster roll at McLaughlins in Lincolnville."

"Recently very carefully & fully renovated 1950s-era classic wood-paneled motel rooms — small rooms but that’s how ALL independently-owned, moderate-priced motel rooms were in 1950s-‘60s — so if you want to experience “living history” — but super clean, newly carefully renovated, nice flower window boxes — then this is your place. Independent owners on-site, excellent maintenance throughout, housekeeping staff are carefully attentive/energetic/friendly, very good quality double bed, super clean little bathroom (all new plumbing & fixtures), light-blocking window curtains, very good tv, mini-fridge/microwave all super clean, back-window new A/C unit performed superbly, nice little dining table, my room provided a little portable bedside white-noise machine, motel is tastefully set far back from busy road w/beautiful lawn landscaping. Five Stars (or, 6 out of 5!!) excellent top-notch recommendation — I loved my 1-night stay here in early Aug 2026 — will absolutely come back again & talk it UP to other nice folks!"
