The staff at the property was very kind and the location was fabulous in close proximity to the beach and boardwalk! In comparison with the last two places we stayed at Seaside this one property was so much better. We will definitely be back!

Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running. Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!

We had a nice stay here. The owner (I’m assuming) was pleasant and made check in easy. The place is well maintained and kept very clean. If we’re ever back in town we’ll book again.

We had an amazing time! Check in was super easy and a bonus was that parking was included. Staff was so welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and safe area. Location was amazing. Right across the street from the water park, amusement park and beach/boardwalk! Right next door they own a small restaurant with great food, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. We will definitely return! Thank you for the hospitality ❤️🤩

The staff was helpful, the motel is in a great location. This is nothing fancy about this place, No coffee.... no cups or glasses, no beach tags. It was as clean most shore motels I've stayed at anywhere and the room was large and worked well for us. If you want to be pampered or have room service and other amenities this is NOT your place. But if you are looking for a less expensive no frills place to stay while you enjoy the beach and boardwalk, I highly reccomend Buoy 16
