I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience:
1. Room Conditions: My initial room had a hole in the ceiling that was leaking water. Communication about whether I needed to move rooms was poor and unclear.
2. Voucher Booking Issues: My last night was booked with a voucher through the Hilton central reservation number. They confirmed via email that the voucher would cover a king suite. Less than 24 hours before check-in, Manager Maxine called me twice during an important work meeting to tell me I needed to switch rooms, causing unnecessary disruption.
3. Facilities and Service: After switching rooms, the power went out the next day. The new room’s shower was outdated, with ceiling damage as well. The overall facilities were worn out and the service mediocre. Management was particularly rude and unhelpful.
4. Breakfast: The breakfast was okay, but regular dark coffee was only available one of the four mornings.
5. General Impression: The only redeeming features were the comfortable beds and the location. Given the condition of the hotel and the poor service, I would recommend avoiding this property. The room rates would be better spent at another hotel.
I won’t be returning to this hotel.
