"We had an AMAZING stay at Outbound Sedona! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was phenomenal. A special shout-out to Richie at the front desk, he was absolutely the best! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that we had a great time during our stay. His kindness, helpfulness, and excellent customer service truly stood out and made our experience even better.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and having a mini fridge was definitely a plus! The property has so much to enjoy, including two pools, two hot tubs, an on-site spa, and a workout room, so there was plenty to do while still being able to relax and unwind.
And we cannot forget about Lucida Desert Bar & Kitchen! 😋 The food was amazing, the service was great, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Everything came together perfectly for such an enjoyable dining experience.
Overall, we absolutely loved our time at Outbound Sedona. Between the beautiful property, wonderful amenities, great food, and exceptional customer service, our stay was truly memorable.
