"The staff was very friendly and welcoming to pets. The grounds are beautiful and rooms are terrific EXCEPT we were in a ground level unit and the footsteps from the people above us sounded like elephants. We could also hear the man snoring. Everyone walking on the shared front deck above echoed in our room below. The only food is an airstrem trailer. If you want nice indoor seating and food go over to the airport next door. Otherwise its driving back down the hill, which you don't want to do around sunset. Its very crowded next to the resort for sunset viewing. The actual resort setting and other amenities are great."

"I was a bit skeptical reading the reviews but I booked anyway and my family thoroughly enjoyed Arabella. The amenities and location are amazing, complimentary breakfast was pretty tasty compared to other places I’ve stayed. I think this hotel offers a wide range of activities for any age and the big this that it is pet friendly but you wouldn’t even be able to tell. If you like a bunch of modernized hotel stays this isn’t for you but I loved the themes and the welcoming energy here. Everyday there was something fun to do, I’ll be back for sure. "

"The place was exactly what I was looking for, I paid the higher price, be it was supposed to have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi in functional condition, I called before I reserved and was told the pool area is under repair and be completed before we arrive, it did not, I’m very disappointed and will not reserve with Hilton again because of the deception."
