Very convenient location as I was working at Clemson for a couple of days. About a 6 minute drive to campus. Plenty of food options in the area and the workout facility was great.

The room size is very small. The air conditioning did not work to the expected levels meaning the room was so humid that the towels would not dry. We were only given two towels for two people. We were given 2 cups for two people. there is no closet, So no extra blanket. If you want ice and freshwater, you need to go to the first floor.

door to room would not shut without slamming/pushing closed. only one elevator operating. sprinklers spray vehicles, concrete and asphalt instead of grass. all cold drinks at breakfast were hot. king room was incredibly small. the soap/shampoo/conditioner is good quality. good water pressure and hot water shower. hbo premium channels. coffee is good. breakfast is good. ac cold. walking distance to stores and restaurants. hotel itself appears clean.

There was a qtip on floor when we got there. We tried two rooms and couldn’t get the blinds to work properly in either. I also thought it would be closer on lake front based on map. Otherwise, it served its purpose.

The air conditioning in the hallways, elevator and lobby wasn’t working or not turned on. It was so hot and humid in the hallway that the metal locks on the room doors had condensation on them and water was running down the door. There was no one behind the desk in the morning and a line started forming. 3 lighting fixtures in my room were not working. The alarm clock went off at 5 am and I couldn’t figure out how to shut it off. After getting back to sleep, it went off again. Frustrating

The ice machine wasn't working, they did get it fixed later that day. I was trying to buy bottle water but the lady at the desk stopped to speak to another employee and after that she told me to give her a minimum while she finished checking someone out. I ended up putting the water back and stopped at the gas station.
