"Great location. Near to Songdo Moonlight Festival MRT station. 2 train rides from the airport or 1 train ride from Incheon Bus Terminal. Property was clean. Four star rating was because there was no trash bin or trash bag in the bathroom, no bath mat and there’s washing machine but no laundry detergent included. We were just for 2 days stay so there was no point to buy a laundry detergent which usually comes in liter containers. Smart Control was all in Korean. There should be English...

"The owner of this property was second to none. He was very helpful and resourceful and gave us all of the insight into things to do in incheon. He made our trip a great experience! The hotel was also clean and every staff member was very helpful. It’s very clear the staff follows the owners lead in caring for its guests. "
