Good location near university and station was great. Room was tired, had furniture missing, nowhere to put clothes or anything else. Not enough power outlets, no shower curtain and most days only one shower towel.

Outdated and dirty. Front desk feels like some cheap motel. I do not recommend anyone staying here. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of options in the area, so drive of take additional stations down for better stay.

Hotel outside appearance is deceiving. Very small room with dated cheap furniture sparse around the room. Plastic chairs and table that belong in the trash. Two hangers against the wall, and that is it; not to mention hard to control the air,. Mostly cold. Could go more. Still gave 3 out of 5 for the convenience of location.

I would stay here again.
The room layout is fairly nice and all the standard amenities are there. The bed is firm but comfortable. Netflix on TV unit was a lot more convenient than I thought it would be as the TV moved fast enough through the selections unlike some of the other hotels. The area is fairly busy, but conveniently located next to the bus station and the train/subway station for easy access. Plenty of restaurants around and there is a department store right by it. The lobby area is small, but well laid out. The staff can see you when you enter to greet.

I stayed in a suite room which i got for a great price, so i was going in satisfied. This was my second time staying here. The first time was in August when I came to Seoul to say goodbye to a friend, and I believe i stayed in a double bed room at the time. Beds were great, ability to control the temperature, amenities, all there. Both rooms had great price and size. Suite room was fantastic. My only real problem was that the sinks I had were sort old, dirty and drained slow. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I had to go see my friend for her birthday and leaving Korea during the midst of thr COVID-19 outbreak. The hotel is conveniently located next to Cheongnyangri Station, with a cafe underneath and a convenient store near by. The hotel provides all necessary amenities and the rooms are quite nice. I liked that they provide two pillows per person instead of just one. More comfoetable that way. The only minor issue is that at night, my room was a bit too warm when i was in bed, even with the AC on. I could tell because my moisturizer got liquidy instead of drying. Other than that. No complaints.

Solid hotel
Clean, right outside the station. The room was nice and clean as well. There’s a fee for early check-in, but that’s understandable.

Decent rooms with not much of a view. Sufficient but not particularly substantial breakfast at least not for a vegetarian. Sounds carry from other rooms too easily. Problems with European credit cards and the language skills of the reception personnel.

Location is awesome where is close to the big shopping centre and one of the main train, subway and bus hubs in seoul. But the bathroom is not easy to use because there is no shower curtain which makes all wet on floor. 위치는 너무 좋지만 느낌엔 호텔이라기 보다는 살짝 러브모텔같았음 러브모텔이 나쁘다는 건 아니지만 일단 대실같은거 하는걸 개인적으로 청결도 문제로 인해 꺼림

The good and the bad
There are good things and not-so-good things about this hotel. My room was comfortable, well-equipped and reasonably large, but the staff was slow to make the room up (5:00 p.m. on some days). The breakfast room was too small to accommodate the volume of guests and the hours were erratic. But the place was clean, modern, and very convenient (right next to a department store and a subway stop).

Well designed Hotel
The hotel is well designed. Room is minimalist but it comfort. Free juice and free local drink called sikhye in the fridge. But bath towel only have 1 , you can ask more. but they provide lots of hand towel. Toiletries are complete. Lots of shops around. Big supermarket / mall is 2 minute walking. It include breakfast. simple breakfast like ramyeon, fried rice, bread , juice, cereal and coffee. Taste is normal but the coffee is really bad.

Hotel with interesting decor
Pros - This hotel is good value for money and conveniently located minutes from Cheongyangni train station. The airport bus (6002) drop-off point is right in front of Station and once getting off the bus, the hotel is visible. Hotel staff reasonably efficient and friendly. Every room has a different decor Cons- The hotel is not very centrally located but because of its proximity to the station, this not a big issue. However, as we were there in winter season we found the internal heating to be too warm and the room temperature was non-adjustable. Opening the window (which only opened slightly) slightly cooled the room.

Great Location, Nice Hotel.
The hotel location was perfect as the Airport Shuttle Bus No. 6002 stops very near the hotel. It was also right next to Cheongnyangni Station where you can take the Seoul Metro virtually anywhere in the city. There were lots of food stalls near the station where we were able to try local street food, a few restaurants for authentic Korean food (but without English menus so you'd have to be able to point at pictures or to what other diners are ordering). Of course, there was also a McDonalds nearby as well as Lotteria (a local version of McDonalds). There were also a few coffee shops and chicken and beer places nearby. The rooms were comfortable, even if a little small. We asked for 2 non-smoking rooms next to each other which they were able to provide. There was free wifi which is kinda standard nowadays. The rooms were clean and the beds were perfect. They provided water, coffee and juice everyday. We also had free breakfast everyday which was much appreciated, even if the food was just basically rice, noodles, porridge, sausage, soup, salad and cereals everyday. The only negative was that the shower didn't have curtains so the floor might get a little wet, and there was no place to hang towels or clothes which makes things a little complicated. The toilet was great though as the seat was heated and the bidet worked perfectly. Overall, great location and nice hotel at a budget-friendly price. What more can you ask for?

Convenient hotel
Hotel room is clean. Front desk receptionists are friendly. It near to train station, short travel time to other shopping area. Street food, market and Lotte shopping mall is just around the corner. Very convenient.

Nice hotel
Nice morden hotel, breakfast included, stayed 2 times with friends, closed to the subway station, big Lotte shopping mall near the hotel. Take airport limousine #6002 stop in front of Cheongnyangni Station. Snacks around all the subway exit areas. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Modern,clean hotel at a good price.
Hotel was very modern and well decorated. Bed was very firm and pillows made of a slippery material so covers came off. Not enough power points and bedside lamp should be an angle one as it was difficult to read with one with a shade and it had to be raised up to be able to do this. Only 1 large towel provided for 2 people but when asked another was given. Unfortunately with the flooring, chairs scraped along the floor at night as people weren't considerate and we were woken up in the night by people walking about in shoes or plastic slippers provided.Staff very helpful but have limited English. Not enough hangers and no drawers for clothes if you're staying for a few days. Breakfast was OK but choice of times was 7am - 8am or 8am - 8.30 am and it was difficult to get the lift to breakfast cafe as lift tended to go up to the top floors first so being on floor 7 meant one morning we went down the stairs.Only 1 toaster for 2 slices at breakfast which is not enough. Metro station about 6 stops from Seoul Station and not easy with suitcases if coming by train as many steps. Easier to come by bus from the airport as it stops outside but we didn't know this!

Good & Convenient. Easy access for transportation and Bus stop to Airport is near. Just walk for few minutes and you can get bus to Incheon Airport. Besides that, front desk service is Good and nice. Overall stay is Good.

The first problem is the lack of English ability by staff. Lots of pointing, gesturing and trying to explain needed, often getting blank stares in return. Aircon did not function properly- a problem in summer. Very uncomfortable. The staff became frustrated with my attempts to explain the problem as they could not really understand. All the controls are marked in Korean not English which compounds the problem. Breakfast- horrible! Asian food (basic) provided and only Corn Flakes and white bread for European breakfast. Nothing else!

Very nice room. Clean and spacious. Very accessible. only few stations from myeongdong and dongdaemun. 2min walk from cheongnyangni station. Very near from lotte dept store. Very accessible even to buses. Highly reccomended.

Very convenient, close to the subway station We showed up at 5pm for our booking but our room still wasn't ready. Breakfast is provided and the staff are helpful - but the food isn't exactly the best in town. You won't want to eat it for two mornings in a row. Not exactly impressed by the hotel but it was a pretty good deal, the beds are comfortable and it's location makes travelling around the city easy to navigate.

Convenient location but need to improve on service
1. A slight turn of the tap bring boiling hot or icy cold water, wasted lots of time and water. Bathtub is super-big but more suited for people who are >1.9m tall. 2.We have 3 separate bookings and checked-in 2 times during our stay in Korea. Stayed in total 6 nights. We told the front desk staff about our bookings but they only listened and do not make it a point to note what we are saying. We had one staff calling us to check-out one day so it proved that they don't pay enough attention to their guests. 3.During our 2nd check-in, I was uncomfortable with the room assigned as it was too cramped and I could immediately feel the pressure on my head when I entered the room plus it does not have enough electrical socket in the room (apparently 1 less than the other room we stayed in.) I asked for room change just after viewing the room but the experience with the staff was not exactly pleasant. 4.We book for a twin room stating 2 pax but housekeeping only gave us 1 bath towel daily. We have to call every night to ask for another. 5.Hotel does not have a map of the area and could not provide a decent map for foreigners. 6.Can't control air-con in the room as it switches off multiple times during the night. I woke up sweating profusely quite a number of times.
