Nice, inexpensive efficiency apartment with modern equipments. The only issue was the water filter fountain only do slow drip.

Great location and everything is close by. Also the hotel includes washing machine with detergent, kitchen with dishes and detergent, and washroom with toothbrushes, toothbrush, etc. It’s like you never left your own home.

飲食店やコンビニもCOEXもすぐ近くなので とても便利です。 部屋の中はとても綺麗でした。 気になるところはティッシュがないのと タオルの交換がないのと 建物自体が暗いので怖かったです。 (タオルは部屋で毎日洗濯して使いました。) 鍵が扉で番号を入れて開ける一般のお家方式なのでその番号を知ってる人は入れてしまうと思うとちょっとセキュリティー面で不安を感じました。滞在中に自分達で番号が変えれると良かったかもしれません。 ホテルではなく部屋をかりてる感じなので 韓国に住んでいるような感覚は味わえます。

Net plus, just a small catch.
Clean room, great location, fast response. The downside was the dryness in the room: i needed to buy a small humidifier to breathe at night. As long as humidity isnt your concern, its a SOLID room.

정말 추천합니다!
보름 넘게 남편 병원 치료차 이곳에 머물렀어요. 기관지때문에 가습기가 필요했는데 매니저님이 직접 사다 놓아주셨고, 모든 시설이 편했습니다. 숙소는 치료 후 다녀와서 쉴수있게 조용하고안락했어요. 현대백화점이 걸어서 3분거리라 입맛없는 남편이 여러 음식을 먹을 수 있어 감사했습니다. 강남 한복판에 이런 숙소 흔치 않은데 행운이었고 모두에게 추천합니다.

立地最高です！
地下鉄やバス停がとても近くて大変便利な立地でした。同じ建物内にコンビニが2つ、カフェもありました。 室内については、細かいところまで掃除が行き届いてはないように思いましたが全般的にきれいで価格と比較すると十分すぎるお部屋でした。 また利用したいと思います。

想像以上に綺麗で使いやすかったです！ このお値段、立地でこの設備なら文句なしでした！ すごく綺麗好きの方だと、気になるかもしれませんが、私はビジネスホテルよりかのんびりできたと思います。 あえて気になる所をあげるとすれば、床の造り的にシャワールームからお手洗いの方にお湯が流れやすかなっていたことと、テレビが接続できませんの表記になって見れなかった事くらいです。次もこちら利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。
