Great location
It is close to metro station, shopping and food. With access to metro station, you can go any where. Room is very small, it is probably 8x10 ft room. The bathroom is 3x6ft. Great only if you are here to sleep. Bed aren't comfortable, you can feel the springs. Towels smell of body odor. Staff is nice. Toast and cereal for breakfast.

good location but very tiny room
The location is good, near subway station, and walkable to several attractions. But the room was much smaller than I thought it was like an attic which the roof makes the room even tinier.

Incredible guesthouse
The location is good. The room is clean. The staff is so very nice. I like this guesthouse and will choose here again if I have chance to go kr. In the future ^_^

진짜좁았지만..그래도 하루밤 자고가는데에는 훌륭합니다. (침대마다 전기장판깔려있어서 넘좋앗어요,, 하나는 고장이나있었지만,, 그래도 히터도 작동잘되고 괜찮았어요!!)

夜間にチェックインしたが、受付には誰もおらずセルフチェックインになったが、カードキーを差しても電気が付かず、1晩電気がない状態で過ごした。 部屋を替えようと思ってもスタッフがおらず翌日の昼まで出勤しなかった。 また、部屋の掃除もできておらず、床にゴミは落ちており、入室の段階で風呂場は濡れてびしょびしょ。 エアコンの上にはホコリがひどく、壁には虫の死体がありました。 これまでに何度もソウルで泊まりましたがここまでひどい宿は初めてでした。 本来は4泊する予定でしたが、予定を大幅に変更して1日でチェックアウトしました。

"Self check in" system could be quite unreliable. The room was a bit dirty (though it is acceptable to me as a guy with no particular obsession in cleanliness), small bugs visible, bathroom smells a little, i suppose it fits the price

フロントでの対応はほとんどなく、狭くて階段が多いので、荷物が多かったり重かったりするとちょっと大変かもしれないです。ベッドが暖かくなるのは有り難かったです。

ゲストハウスに泊まったのは私は初めてなのでこれがゲストハウスかぁと言う感じでした。スタッフには誰にも会わずにセルフチェックインにチェックアウトでした。トランクを広げる場所もなかったのでベットの上に広げて荷物整理やらしました。近くにコンビニはありました。東大門まで歩いては行けますが決して近いとは言えません。廊下に個人の洗濯物が干してあったのはびっくりしました。

お部屋はゲストハウスなので広い事はないですが、皆んなが使えるテーブル席でご飯を食べていたところ、イタリアのお友達ができました！ とても楽しい思い出になりました！ ドライヤーも小さい割に威力もよかったです

基本無人なのでシャワーのお湯が出なくてもタオルが無くても自己責任にされる
急な渡韓が決まったので、良心的な価格と場所でこちらを選びました。部屋は狭すぎて本当に寝るだけのスペースと考えた方が良い。気になった点はたくさんあり、特に下記については注意した方が良いです。 ・エレベーターが無く、受付フロント冷蔵庫共用キッチン等は2階、私達は部屋が3階だったので重いスーツケースを階段で運ぶのにとても苦労した ・タオルが足りない。大きめのバスタオルは一切なく、スポーツタオルサイズのもの1枚。男性ならまだしも、女性にとっては1人この1枚だけでは全く足りない。タオルは廊下にあるものから各自持っていくスタイルですが、この時は本当に空っぽで、タオルがボトボトになる程大変でした。足拭きマットも無いので本当に苦労します ・フロントの方は12:00-18:00までしかおらず、基本的に誰もいないので何がトラブルがあっても連絡が付かない ・2日目の夜にシャワーのお湯が全く出ず、3時間ほど粘りましたが諦め、翌朝になってもまだお湯が出ない。東大門エリアのサウナに行こうと出かけても閉まっていたので、結局冷たい水で浴びることになりましたが、こんな時にもフロントに誰もいないし連絡も付かないので本当に困った。地獄だった。置き手紙をして出かけ、その日には直ったみたいですが、この一泊分を返して欲しいくらい本当に辛かった。あり得ない。 ・冷蔵庫や物干し竿は共用だが、中身がいっぱい、みんな使いまくっててスペースがない。

ツインの部屋に４泊しました。 受付は無人でスリッパに履き替えるシステムです。部屋はエアコンつけても暖まらないのでよく見ると、冷房に…。しかも縦式に開閉する窓の下に隙間が出来ていて、外気が入って来ていました…。すぐにティシュを詰めてたまたま持っていた新聞紙でDIYをする始末。しかし、あとは過ごし安く、シャワーの水圧なども問題ありませんでした。外出中心なら、おススメです。

最悪、部屋が狭いのに掃除が全然できていない、とにかくきたない、布団は濡れているか何か分からないが臭いしすごくベタベタ、トイレは臭い、二度と訪問しません。 さらにカウンターの人の接客も最悪です。

가격 싸게 잘 묵었어요. 개인실마다 화장실도 다 딸려있구요~ 먼지는 조금 있지만 가격 생각하면 괜찮습니다! 200번 방은 안내데스크랑 붙어있어 조금 민망합니다.. 게하에 휴게실과 간이주방 정수기 다 있고 위치도 아주 좋아서 추천합니다

とにかく清潔感は欠けてます。 同室の子を気遣わなきゃならないので、 のびのびできる感じではありませんでした。 一泊の寝るだけの場所としてなら納得の値段。 長期の滞在でこの感じはストレス、、 場所は暗い裏通りにあるので少し怖い。 基本、英語がある程度話せれば不便はないです。

We only saw somebody at the reception once during our 4 night stay. However the place has self service baggage cabinets for storing baggage if you arrive before check in time. No cleaning in the 4 nights we were there. Breakfast is limited it cereal or bread with jam.

東廟前駅からも高速バスのバス停のどちらからも5分以内で素晴らしい！スタッフの方もとても良い対応をしてくださいました。チェックイン前でも受付前にスーツケースを置くことができました。また、早朝にバスに乗る為、チェックアウトを4時にしたのですが、カードキーを受け付けに返すだけで良かったです！ 　2つベットがある部屋で決して広いとは言えませんでしたが、寝泊りする分には十分でした。Wi-Fiも快適、コンセントもたくさんありました。しかし、トイレとシャワーが完全にくっついているタイプだったのがマイナスポイントでした。またトイレに設置されている芳香剤の匂いがきつかったです。それが気になる方はすぐ後ろにあるスパレックスを利用すれば何ら問題はないと思います。 　部屋の大きさ、トイレシャワーの点を加味しても、立地、対応の良さから考えてここは良かったです。ここの近くで探している方はぜひどうぞ。

Het waren kleine maar fijne kamers met een eigen badkamer. Er was airco en ook ontbijt was inclusief. The eigenaar was ook heel aardig en nam de tijd om alles uit te leggen. Ook onze vragen beantwoorde hij elke keer weer.

チェックイン時間はサイトには23時半と記載があったが、23時5分に到着すると紙を渡され、「23時でチェックイン終了だからこの用紙の通りにやって」と言われ、スタッフは帰って行きました…。23時までならそう記載してほしいし、無愛想で対応最悪でした。清潔さや設備は値段相応。

3人で今回利用しましたが、寝に帰るぐらいの気持ちでいたので、広さなどは特に問題ありませんでした。 タオルは部屋に置いてあるを使ったのですが、少し臭いました。 受付【2階】部屋【3階】に行くまでにエレベーターありません。 大きな荷物を運ぶのに大変苦労しました。

繁華街に近く、寝るだけなら・・・
東大門の繁華街まで徒歩圏内なので、夜遅くまで市内を満喫したい方にとって良いゲストハウスかと思います。しかし、部屋の狭さや洗面トイレと一体型のシャワールームは使い勝手が非常に悪く、水浸しになるので大変です。費用と立地を考えたら仕方のないことですが・・・
