"Nice new beds, rooms were minimalist to ensure cleanliness. Knowing what items needed to be checked out (hair drier) would have been nice to know in advance. Ice was 99% out both times that I attempted to use it. I did not have a balcony room & missed the note of no elevator. Parking was 99% full the night I stayed as well. Took the very last spot in the lot."

"Check in hectic, they switched our room because apparently our assigned room hadn’t been cleaned yet even though it was 3:00 pm check in time then at check out informed us because we switched room they charged us an extra fee, room was clean but drain in tub didn’t drain and we didn’t notice that until we were showering yuck. They did respond and fixed that upon us telling them. Breakfast not great, no fruit no yogurt, sausage undercooked. Tile on 2nd floor outside elevator still cracked and floor is soft doesn’t feel safe to walk over. Staff men were friendly, women at desk never even acknowledged us on multiple occasions. This is our 2nd visit to this property and will most likely be our last, especially after the upcharge when we didn’t ask to switch rooms. All we wanted was a king room which was the same as our original reservation."
