My room's housekeeper was excellent. The location was close to major attractions and easy to get to. Could use a microwave oven to reheat your leftovers and special meals you might have to bring with you. I was very pleasantly surprised with my week's stay there .

Lovely, affordable, and impeccably clean, the Landmark Inn at Forks of the River is one of my top places to stay when visiting my daughter and new granddaughter in Sevierville. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I love the balcony rooms overlooking the river with a delightful walking path right outside. The rooms are well insulated too, so there’s very minimal noise from other guests. A restful, peaceful stay every time. Highly recommend.

Loved everything. They were super helpful with my very late check in since I was driving in nonstop from Dallas, and getting into my room was so easy thanks to the elevator. Room is cozy. Everything has a smell to it that just reminds you of before the internet ruined everything. The only thing is housekeeping did almost enter while I was dressing, so deadbolt came in handy, and I was kinda sad the jacuzzi didn't work. If the jacuzzi had worked it would've been an 11 out of 10 but overall I was super super happy.
