The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with everything working and in decent condition , including the air conditioning which was vital as it was over 30°c . The negatives were the location, the hotel is down a back street with no view , and to get into the tourist area there was a short walk which took you past a brothel and numerous strip...

"This is a very basic hotel in a very convenient location, alsacak and konak are a short walk. It is not a luxury property, but perfect for a clean safe place to rest after exploring. The man at the front desk is charming and helpful. A nice breakfast every morning and a clean comfortable room at night."

The location of the hotel was in the bazar(traditional market place) and didn't have a owned parking space for self driving guests. So it was confused to park my vehicle for me.
