"The room was very clean. Could have used some air freshener instead of pine-Sol cleaning. Only had one washcloth and towels needed possibly be updated because when you use them you would have the little pieces of towel breaking off onto your body. Other than that it was good."

"Staycation with family. We had a wonderful room overlooking the patio area. There is so much to explore while staying at the Inn. Great pool!!! The staff is so friendly and five-star hospitality across the board from check in to the valet. Extra thanks to the Valet Team for assisting my mom with a lost item. They took the time to check lost and found and found the item that had been misplaced. The only thing that was lacking was the water temperature in the shower was on the cooler side. I will be back for many more visits and memories."

"Terrible place to stay, installation in poor condition, three days and housekeeping don't show up in my room, sofa with nasty bed blankets, dirty room with trash under the bed from previous customers, and they take a $500 dlls deposit. The only great person is the cafeteria attendant, she make a great job by self, running smooth."

"The room was big and had everything you wanted for a stay. The only issue was the people above our room kept us awake all night. They were stomping the whole night till 1:00 a.m in the morning. I called at 12 a.m to notify the front desk and had no effect. The stomping started again at 6. Let’s just say i didn’t get any sleep. In the morning during check out i informed the desk and ill they said was sorry. They could have offered some type of discount on the next day or something, but they didn’t. Get a room on the 3rd floor if you decide to stay here. Other than that issue the stay was fine"

"From the pictures I expected a little more for the money. Room was old and outdated. Resort is old and outdated. Coffee machine was broken, TV didn't work properly either. The cafe was awesome. The restaurant was super overpriced. The property is beautiful though. It is close to the village as well. The pool area was great and the pool staff were terrific but extra small jacuzzi and only a handful of lounge chairs. If you are coming to Arrowhead to do lake activities forget about it! We didn't realize the lake is 100% private and you can't even kayak without being an owner in the community. Can only fish from hotel dock as well."
