Ohne Chinesicsh geht in der kette gar nichts!
Hatte das Hotel gebucht, Reservierungsnummer dabei, konnte aber in der Kartei nicht gefunden werden. Musste von daher neu einschecken und bezahlen.Kein mensch konnte Englisch!
