We had an amazing one night stay at The Ritz Carlton, they pulled out all the stops for us, a heart shaped mousse cake to celebrate our honeymoon, rose petals in the room, they opened up a separate room at breakfast so we could have a window view and they even etched our room cards with special messages as a keepsake. Amazing service and very friendly.

From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and friendly smiles, which made me feel right at home. Their excellent service continued throughout my stay, with everyone going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis in the heart of Shanghai. The attention to detail is truly impressive, whether in the stylish rooms or the lovely amenities. I felt pampered at every turn! Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to explore all the facilities during my stay, but I’m definitely looking forward to trying them out on my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with a welcoming atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The Carlton is nothing but the best!!! Shanghai Ritz Carlton was clean and very friendly. Always a good selection for staying overseas. I love the ritz hotels!! My husband and I had a great experience in Shanghai. The front desk super friendly and helpful!! Crystal was really nice when we checked in and she even send a little cake for my birthday- definitely will come back to Shanghai. Ohhh and you can not miss the FLAIR has the best views!! Staffs at the front desk and the lounge have been nothing but lovely. They’re helpful, polite and professional. Our suite was spotless, bed was comfy. Everything was great, nothing to complain about.
