The AC was a bit challenging but ironed itself out..the gym and locker room has personal spa cold plunge sauna and steam room a huge win for me. Cardio equiptment could use a bit of an upgrade however highly functional. Pool was great, staff was amazing. Breakfast one of the best I've had..id give it a 4 star based on the rooms carpeting and walls dated in rooms.as far as shower great heat pressure all amenities fantastic..staff beautiful people..i would definately stay again

I recently stayed at The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai, and had an exceptional experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with every area feeling clean, modern, and welcoming. The hotel’s location is outstanding—close enough to walk to many major tourist attractions, yet set just far enough from the busiest parts of the city to provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, motivated, and genuinely dedicated to providing great service. The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Bund Center for anyone visiting Shanghai. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. My stay at The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai was very pleasant thanks to its convenient location close to major attractions and shopping areas. The staff was excellent—exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. While the Deluxe Suite was spacious and comfortable, the décor felt slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh. Overall, it was a good stay with outstanding service and an unbeatable location.
