Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is coming in close and punching well above its weight.

It was a very pleasant stay, from the moment we entered the door. The hotel staff was very attentive. The amenities are impeccable. The view in our room was absolutely stunning. We were able to swim a bit at the pool and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna/steam rooms. We decided to eat at the Western restaurant at the hotel and was blown away by the food. We’ll definitely come back again in the future.

We visited a number of the top 5 star, all are very high standard with competition driving very high standards, this hotel in my opinion is the best all around hotel in Shenzhen, perfect location with bay/sea views, next to shopping Mali with many restaurants and shops to choose. An excellent hotel in all areas and will stay there again on my return to Shenzhen

Very pleasant stay, will visit again

Frank Kuang was very helpful upon checking in he explained a bit of history of the hotel. Tamsie Zhang handling my check out and upon request, she gifted me a very special Andaz luggage. Thh highlight of the stay was the hotel dog Max, the free daily happy hour and the Santa Clause present gifting moment. If there were newspapers it would be a cherry on top!
