DO NOT STAY HERE
We followed all instructions in the provided document. But when we arrived, the room was disgusting. There was trash everywhere and the bins were overflowing. The bathroom stank. There was hair all over the floor. Both mattresses were bare (and looked unclean) and had no sheets or blankets. It was immediately clear that we couldn’t stay in the room. We tried to contact the property via Hotels.com, phone, WhatsApp, etc. No response. We had to spend our entire stay at another hotel. Hotels.com has been useless in helping me cancel/refund my reservation. I’m still trying to get in contact to be refunded. It’s not worth it. DO NOT STAY HERE.
