“Desk clerk friendly and helpful on check in. Comfortable bed, room needed some updating but overall good for price range. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Scrabbled eggs tasted like made from powder and sausage just average. Fruit ( apples and oranges) edible but not fresh. Stayed 3 days and ate cold cereal and bagel the remaining 2 days. Limited coffee also. ”

“1) The $100 deposit got charged rather than a hold; the staff then printed out a paper saying the charge did not reach the Heritage inn, and charged another $100 from my credit card. 2) When I asked to extend my stay, requested to charge another $100 after charging for another day. I refused to pay $300 for deposit; and exited. 3) Currently, heritage inn has $407 withheld that needs to be refunded. 4) The staff seemed Asian/African but “refused” to cooperate with my stay at Heritage Inn.”

“No staff in the morning due to employee shortage? Also the blanket on the bed was paper-thin. Otherwise it was worth the reasonable price.”

“We stayed in a nice, large room. It has two sink areas, a large closet for hanging clothes, couch with table & lamp, useful dresser/desk/tv combo. The art is nice. It has plenty of space but is utilitarian. One comfy arm chair and an area rug on the floor would make it cozy. It snowed overnight and the outdoor stairs to the second floor had significant snow on them. It would be safer for the staff to keep those clear of snow.”

“Very old & in poor condition. Carpet dirty & raveling. Bathroom very poor. Heater/air conditioner cycled loudly all night. Towels thread bare”

“We had a very nice stay at Rodeway Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and our stay felt safe. Next time we're in town we will stay there again. Good Job Guys!”

“I want to express the wonderful work the woman did attending to us on the Saturday and Sunday breakfast. She was outstanding. There were a few black ants in our toilet and shower room.”

“love the king room with balcony, albeit was a bit outdated in the bath. Breakfast was a good selection. Manager and female concierge were helpful. right off the freeway but quiet”

“Friendly staff, easy check in and out . Clean rooms , great convenience for continental breakfast is provided. Great location right off the freeway.. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you”

“Staff not friendly Room smelled. Beds really hard. The hot tub looked like full of pee and a weird neon green color. Breakfast sausage and omelettes looked like mircowaved too long and not edible. The waffle maker was great but line too long we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Worst part was all the people on drugs around buliding looking like zombies. We left after 1 night”
