"The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner was left unlocked. Personally I felt that’s unsanitary, more so than public bathrooms. People are gross. Do better. I didn’t deal with staff much, first night the gentleman was greasy and standoffish. Not very inviting. The last day, at check out I had to rerun my card and was told to just keep an eye out on my account if there is more than one charge. Do better. The amenities were disgustingly used. People stayed in the pool area with lights out then constant drinking in the area with no attention to their kids splashing. It’s not exactly relaxing. Lastly, who shuts down the parking lot so parking is overcrowded and inaccessible. Was not happy about parking on the street with a town full of homeless people. At least a heads up would have been nice. Do better. "

"We have stayed here a few times because it's more affordable than a lot of other hotels. We love the water feature, seeing the koi and all the plants. They have a spa which I've never had time to use but I'm sure it's nice also. They have rosemary on grounds and recently planted fruit trees which I think is so cool and I wish more places did that. "

"Bathroom was gross, rust dripping down wall from safety rail, bathtub yellowed, .was not clean. Outlets loose & hard to keep item plugged in. Refrigerator in room was noisy. Breakfast was very sparse, waffle station had no waffle maker, just batter & syrup dispensers. Out of meat with 1 hour to go on breakfast and no more being made. "

"The room was not super clean. The floor did not look like it had been vacuumed. The bathroom floor was nasty dirty, and the shower was gross with not great water pressure. I'm not even sure that there was an elevator as all we could find was a stairwell. The continental breakfast was very limited in options with no water available. Two other rooms close had their tv on all night into the morning and we could here everything. So the room was not very sound proof. "

"Hotel staff was pleasant. I booked the jacuzzi tub suite. The tub is just a normal size if not even shorter than normal but extra deep with jacuzzi jets. It only fits one person and you can’t lay in it. Not worth the extra money. There is a train that runs at night from about 3 to 4 AM and honks a horn the entire time. And overall, I would say the rooms don’t have any soundproofing. I was on the second floor and I could hear people loudly all night long. The casino is pretty much all smoking and smells horrible. For some reason staff rarely is emptying the ashtrays. If you want sodas or coffee, you have to ask a staff member because there isn’t just a station to get them yourself and there is very little staff. The food in the restaurant was okay, not good or great. Also expensive for a cigarette stinky casino mainly frozen foods place. "
