"It is surrounded with tons of stores around. We enjoyed the restaurant at the ground floor. The cleanliness of the building is phenomenol. One of the busiest street but the experience was amazing. The waiting time for elevator is an opportunity, wish there is a stair to use as alternative. "

"Pretty much everything is great, but solo travellers may feel a bit unsafe because of the surroundings, especially if it's your first time in Tokyo."

"Everything was great... only down side is when they do the room cleaning every 3 days (which I love) but the times they get to your room is between 8am to 2pm... it varies day by day (makes sense on how busy they are) but the maids wont clean the room while you are in there (which kinnda sucks)"
