"What a great hotel! Private onsen option (very nice); footbath. Super thoughtful design of hotel; different art on each floor. Lovely view from the top level with a lounge inside as well as balcony outside. Great buffet featuring local items; broad selection of foods. Very convenient to have W/D in room; spacious room had table and chairs for sitting; window view; and comfortable beds. Excellent! Seems to serve a largely foreign clientele from what we could tell."

"Good quiet location away from other large hotels and busy tourist areas, walking distance to trains and buses. Delicious buffet breakfast with many options, nice sized room, family onsen followed by popsicles and rooftop marshmallows were all great. Happily recommend."

"Really nice Ryokan / Onsen to stay at while visiting the Unesco site in Shirakawa. It was good to experience the huge dinner meal that they do at the resort once, but for our family the size of the meals were too much and we wouldn't do breakfast and dinner each day again if you stay multiple nights. The Onsen is top notch. used it three times a day. wonderful experience."

"近江町市場の目の前にあり、兼六園、金沢城公園からも近くロケーションは最高です。 双子ベビーカーだったので、ホテルへの出入りは裏口を利用させてもらいました。インターホンで通話後すぐスタッフが扉を開けてくれます。 お部屋は最高でした。 子供にも安全な低めのベッドと登り降りしやすい高さで、双子は終始大興奮でした。 おしゃれで清潔な作りでとてもよかったです。 2泊したので、2階のランドリーを利用しました。洗濯から乾燥まで2時間です(3kg) ランドリーと同じスペースにウォーターサーバもあるので、部屋のデキャンタを持って行ってる人もいました。 お風呂は洗い場が5つくらいとお風呂が1つ。 ドライヤーの場所は6箇所くらいあって混雑もそこまでなかったです。 部屋のTVでお風呂やランドリーの混雑状況がわかります。 お風呂の前には無料のコーヒー牛乳と甘酒があって、サービスがとてもいい！ 美味しかったです。 ホテルスタッフの方々がとても対応が良くて、素晴らしかったです。 次回もし金沢にまた来ることがあれば、絶対にこのホテルにまた泊まりたいと思います。 お世話になりました。"
