Shonan, Yokohama hotel rooms at the Accor Hotels

"This hotel is beautiful with really nice onsens. The customer service at the hotel was outstanding and treats you like a VIP. The food at rhe buffet was really good quality. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10. "

"Breakfast was acceptable. Not a typical “American” or “English” style, but sufficient. Staff was great. This location is about 30 mins by taxi from inner city. No optimal for travelers who are sightseeing in the city. Taxi will be about $30-$40 usd to get down town. However the taxis are efficient and quicker than any other form. Rooms are great! Bed and AC work well. Shower and bathroom is excellent and clean. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are in the shower. Other free personal hygiene products included in the bathroom. "

"If you are going to Hakone, you should stay, and stay at the Fujiya Hotel for at least two nights. This place is magical, and the staff are unbelievably attentive and kind. The onsen is the definition of relaxing and has amazing views. The massage and facial were amazing. The western breakfast was so good, and the dinner at the restaurants in the hotel is worth the price for the experience. Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here if you pass through Hakone!"

"We had an amazing stay and our only regret was that we only stayed one night. Our room was large, the beds comfortable and the bathroom new and efficient. The overall properties and amenities were well above what we had expected. Stay at least 2 nights and enjoy both a wonderful property and beautiful area. "

"Great location by the Sakuragicho Train Station and Yokohama Bay. Lots of eatery options. Check-in time lobby was crowded but check in went fast. Wish the hotel offered an iron for guest use. Overall Excellent Hotel and Hotel Staff."
